Shipping & Returns : reel deal pro audio .::. keeping the analog alive

Shipping: reel deal pro audio does not handle the shipping of the items sold on reel deal pro audio's Web site. Although reel deal pro audio will process orders the next business day for orders placed from Monday - Thursday (orders made on Friday will be processed on the following Monday), reel deal pro audio is not responsible for shipping time, damage of items during shipment, or discrepancies between the shipping method selected and the shipping method used.

Returns: Once a product is used it cannot be returned. If the product is defective please return it to the manufacturer whose warranty policy and return address can be found on or inside the box. If an item does not have a manufacturer's warranty policy and return address, than it does not have a warranty and cannot be returned. Items that have not been used and that are not defective may be returned to:

The customer must pay shipping for the unused return and pay a $2 fee for the first item returned and .25 for each additional item in the same return shipment which will be deducted from the refund once the item is inspected for use and restocked. If the item has been used no refund will be given.
